With Project City Center's first wave of openings, there will be 12,000 new jobs created. Vdara Hotel & Spa opens December 1st. Crystals opens December 3rd. The Asian Seafood Market on the corner of Eastern and Pebble in Henderson is an excellent source for Filipino food. They have many of the traditional dishes, including chicken and pork adobo, vegetable lumpia and dinuguan. On occasion they will also have a wonderful lechon.
